PSHE - Hormones and pregnancy

 Niamh knows the biology of the conception to birth process already and has known about this for a number of years.

As she approaches puberty, explaining hormonal changes can be a challenge but the Human Body on Netflix offers a much needed visualisation of how hormones are delivered and why.

Niamh has read two books focused on puberty but a lot of information seems to be lacking from these. We have a pretty good dynamic in our home and Niamh is aware that any questions will be answered honestly and in an age appropriate manner.
