Food technology - Chorizo, lemon and parmesan pasta.

 



 Ingredients

Pasta
Olive oil
Garlic
Onion
Chorizo 
Parmesan
Lemon juice

Method

Start by placing the pasta into a large pot and boiling in salted water. Then put some olive oil into a pan then cut up an onion into small PIECES, place the onion into the pan and add garlic then chorizo and eventually add lemon juice. Add about 200 ml of the starchy pasta water to the chorizo mix, and stir in with the pasta once drained. The starchy water keeps the pasta from being dry. Add chilli flakes to taste and stir Parmesan into the pasta.
