Food technology - sausage and mash

 Niamh practiced one of her favourite meals again but this time learnt how to make a cheese sauce using a roux (butter, flour, milk and cheese).

More complex than typical, and with a lot of support from mum, but she did really well. This is a difficult meal as there are five separate things going on at once (including the gravy made with stock) so being aware of time is essential.
