Science - sugar crystals

 First we dissolved a LOT of sugar in water then we set up three jars with food colouring to create different coloured mixtures with skewers hung into the mixture for the salt crystals to form onto creating sugar crystal lollipops. 

We only got a few crystals form after a week and mummy said that more sugar was required. I was sad not to be able to eat the crystal lollies but mummy said they were bad for my teeth anyway.
