Food technology - pork, mash and carrots.
Simple, but Niamh prepped the veg and potatoes and chose herbs and butter to roast the pork in. She helpfully kept an eye on times as I needed a quick shower and removed the potatoes when they began boiling over.
The carrots were served plain as Niamh won't eat them any other way, but the mash had cheddar, butter and mustard mixed in.
