There was a lot of advice in this programme and it is quite easy to make some big changes to your lifestyle. Just 20 minutes of walking each day can help you to lose fat.
Everyone has fat and it protects organs like the kidneys but it's very easy to have too much. Organs could easily be damaged if you didn't have fat.
I was surprised by how much fat one body can hold and by what it looks like. Mummy has described fat to me before, but seeing it properly, was really horrible, especially with how it is described. Mummy has been an embalmer before and she has said fat sticks to needles and can be quite frustrating because it has to be with the body.
I think this programme has made me think we should walk more.
