 Niamh read with myself and watched a video about witchcraft in the UK. Knaresborough didn't burn witches or hang them - Mother Shipton, while she was ostracised for a time, maybe had something to do with this. She was known as a helper and healer rather than for evil doing. We did discuss in detail how it was mainly single women accused.
