PHSE - birth control methods

 This subject came up naturally because Niamh told me that her cousin is allowed to sleep over at his girlfriend's house. Niamh was surprised by this so we discussed whether or not this was sensible.

We then went on to discuss various birth control methods and condoms. Niamh is aware that none are 100% safe and understands that some birth control pills require a break in order to have a period.

Niamh has been informed about other treatments such as the injection, the coil and the implant, but obviously this won't be an issue for a while.
